Reflective Consultation

Reflective Consultation offers a thoughtful, supportive space to pause and reflect on your work. It invites curiosity about experiences, relationships, and emotional responses that can impact professional practice. Through reflection and dialogue, consultation helps foster clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of both the work and oneself within it.

Consultation can be provided individually or in a group setting based on your needs.

Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process focused on understanding your experiences and supporting positive change. It’s a space to feel heard, build insight, and develop tools to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

I provide a strengths-based approach and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Circle of Security Parenting Group.

Licensure Supervision/Consultation

I provide licensure supervision to newly licensed individuals in the state of Iowa. I focus on building a supportive and reflective relationship with my supervisees to support their learning, growth, and development. I am also available for case consultation for mental health professionals wishing to gain additional support or needing help navigating complex situations including court involvement, co-parenting, and infant/early childhood work.

Professional Development/Training

I offer professional development opportunities designed to support growth, skill-building, and reflective practice. Trainings are tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organizations, and provide practical strategies while creating space for curiosity, discussion, and connection to real-world practice.
